A few issues, but generally acceptable stay
helpful staff complimentary breakfast free bus transport small bathroom poor design cold water
Staff was very kind and helpful. We received early check-in along with a complimentary breakfast because we arrived early. The hotel provides free bus transport to a beach club, Mall of Emirates and some other places. This was a nice touch indeed.
The bathroom was not designed properly. It felt too small and inconvenient. When showering, the floor got easily wet. The water temperature was bad. It was too cold even on the hottest setting. It only got somewhat hot when the shower was on full power.

the breakfasts held great appeal. Rooms included a large work desk, a touch that suited my needs. The facility maintained a high level of cleanliness, pleasing me. Friendly personnel were helpful .
Soundproofing was somehow not perfect. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms, including early morning activity. this was my only minor concern.

The breakfast buffet included ample variety. The staff was always courteous. A complimentary shuttle service ran to the beach and several shopping centers. I appreciated the theme nights in the restaurant.
The pool seemed a little small compared to what i saw in pictures.

warm smile convenient access seamless transport plentiful choice
the staff's warm smiles greeted me daily a perfect start to each adventure the location proved convenient access to key attractions i appreciated the seamless transport options the hotel offered my room was tidy with furnishings adequate for my needs the complimentary breakfast provided plentiful choices it set the tone for a good day.
i noticed only one minor detail the corridor carpeting showed slight wear in a few spots it was hardly noticeable though i mention it for thoroughness

the staff was very accommodating, from the security team to the housekeeping team. i especially enjoyed the breakfast optionswith great variety. the rooms were nicely decorated, and the hotel provided excellent value for money.

really good kindness helpful assistance vast selection
The staff demonstrated really good kindness and support throughout my stay. Shahzad provided me with VERY helpful assistance with an early check-in. The hotel maintained perfect cleanliness, and I found the breakfast selection vast and delectable. The location suited me well, being close to both the metro and a convenient supermarket.
I found that the soundproofing could be improved, as I noticed hallway and neighboring room noises occasionally. It was a minor inconvenience, but enhancing the sound insulation would was good.
